疫情中的国际青年生活短片云展映
活动章程及征片启事
2020面对席卷全球的新冠疫情，网络视频成为了链接各地的重要方式。非常时期，每一个“你我”都不是孤军奋战的个体，而是同舟共济的“我们”。我们期待，来自世界各地的青年学子们，能用手中的镜头，记录下身边疫情中的生活片段，以创新的影像方式，讲述感人故事，传递温暖能量。经报批立项，多家活动单位特联合发起疫情中的国际青年生活短片云展映活动，希望让影像的力量，跨越语言文化和国家的藩篱，最终筑成联结世界各地青年的桥梁，共同积极面对后疫情时代的新生活。

投稿内容及形式要求：
（一）作品格式
时长要求30分钟以内，格式为MP4或MOV，横屏竖屏皆可，高清以上分辨率。
（二）作品内容
类型不限，剧情、纪录、动画皆欢迎；题材与新冠疫情中积极面对生活的主题相关即可
征片活动时间：
即日起至2020年10月15日截稿
参赛方式（一）：
1、前往www.shvfs.cn温影官网点击这里下载报名表，填写并确认相关参赛承诺；
2、将填写好的报名表及短视频百度云链接（填在表内），Email发送至info@shvfs.cn；
3、收到活动主办方确认回函Email，视为报名成功，如有相关问题，欢迎咨询021-56332187或info@shvfs.cn；
参赛方式（二）：推荐境外参赛者可以通过FilmFreeway网站直接报名和上传作品，报名链接：

征稿截止后，主办方将组织专家专业评审，11月将评选出相关获奖名单。在征片期间评选出的优秀作品，将在主流媒体平台播映，还有机会直通国际电影节等影视节赛平台。最终荣获评委会系列大奖的主创作者，将获得主办方颁发的奖金和指导单位颁发的获奖证书。
本活动章程的最终解释权归活动组委会所有。
Call for Films: 'Life during the Pandemic'
—— International Short Film Online Exhibition Notice
In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the entire world and online short videos have become an important way to link all places. In these extraordinary times, there is no "you” and “I" fighting alone, but a universal "we". It is our hope that young people from all of the world, with cameras in hand, can record what life is like during this pandemic. After being reported and approved for the establishment of the project, several activity organizations have jointly launched Life during the Pandemic'—— International Short Film Online Exhibition. We hope young people can get through their own stories cross the barriers of language, culture and country, and build a bridge connecting all parts of the world, work together to face the new life in the era after pandemic.

Requirements of Contribution Content and Format
The short video requires a duration in 30mins. The format is MP4 or MOV. Horizontal and vertical screens are acceptable. The resolution must be at least HD.
The subject matter must be related to the theme of the pandemic. Content can be live action and/or animation.

After the submission deadline, a selection panel of industry professionals will review the submissions, and the selected winners will be announced in November. The winning submissions will be broadcast on mainstream media platforms, and submitted to International film and television festivals.
The final interpretation of the rules and regulations of this event is vested in the Organizing Committee of the event.
